These commercial grade foundation piers (or posts) sink deep into solid supports in the earth, such as bedrock, making for a secure base for the building.
The support gained from a push pier system allows for a damaged foundation in weak soils to be leveled into the correct position. Leveling the foundation of a building can improve structural or appearance problems as well, including tight doors or windows and shrink cracks in exterior finishes such as brick.
